Chaumet has always featured nature in its designs, and this latest collection of jewellery takes its cue from the Laurier flower. This flower, whose meaning is immortality, was first used by Josephine, the first French empress. Later, it was appropriated by Napoleon as a symbol of power. Despite this, Chaumet wishes to celebrate femininity through the laurel flower.

Chaumet’s rich and vibrant history

The Chaumet brand has a rich and vibrant history that is reflected in each piece. Founded in 1696, Chaumet has evolved along with fashion trends and societal norms, but continues to reign supreme in the world of fine jewelry. The brand has been a part of the LVMH Group since 1999, and continues to operate its high jewelry workshop and salons in Paris, France. The company’s artisans continue to hand-craft stunning pieces of jewelry, including stunning tiaras and beautiful jewelry.

The Chaumet Jardins Laurier collection is inspired by the laurel, a symbol of immortality and power. The laurel’s meaning was further strengthened by the muse of Chaumet – Josephine de Beauharnais – a champion of true beauty. Likewise, the laurel represents the future and attracts success and glory. This laurel motif is intricately woven into Chaumet’s creations to pay tribute to the woman who has been Chaumet’s inspiration.

The Chaumet Maison is one of the oldest and most famous jewelry companies in the world. Its rich and vibrant history began in 1789 when Marie-Etienne Nito apprenticed with renowned jeweler Auber. Her studio quickly attracted the attention of French nobility. Eventually, she became Napoleon’s personal jeweler, creating exquisite pieces for him.

Collection’s six pieces

The Laurier Collection, inspired by the laurel plant, celebrates nature’s beauty while reflecting contemporary femininity. This collection includes six exceptional pieces, including a delicate necklace that mimics the motion of wind, a medallion pendant in the shape of a leaf, two rings with diamond foliage, and lavish earrings. This jewelry line is a continuation of Chaumet’s Haute Jewellery tradition.

The XXe siecle brings us a few new designs. Among these are a modele with an epis of ble created by Francois-Regnault Nitot, Chaumet’s chief atelier chief from 1809 to 1815. Other pieces in this collection were produced by Prosper Morel and Fossin. The Maison of Chaumet’s six pieces is a perfect example of a classic yet contemporary collection.

This collection also includes six pieces of jewelry from Chaumet’s abeille collection, a collection that features 13 pieces that feature tourmalines, peridots, and topazes. Some pieces are even embellished with beryls. The atelier is a place for artists to express their creativity, and the Chaumet atelier focuses on passing on the history and ancestry of the joaillier art.

The Maison Chaumet’s history is legendary. The renovations have brought the hotel back to its former vocation as a parisian retreat. The rooms are filled with joyous spaces, small salons, and enchanting decors. A visit to the Maison Chaumet is an experience that will be remembered for a lifetime.

Bee My Love collection

Inspired by nature, Chaumet’s Bee My Love collection fuses graphic lines of honeycomb with mirror-polished gold and diamonds. The collection also draws on iconic Chaumet designs, such as the Taille Imperatrice ring with its hexagon form and star-shaped crown.

The collection is a tribute to bees and their symbolism. In addition to the honeycomb motif, the pieces also pay tribute to Napoleon and the prestige of the Napoleonic era. During the launch, guests were invited to a VIP room complete with gold paint and paintbrushes for their own decorative crafts. The bee theme also extended to a bee workshop that included wooden bee hotels, which guests could build at home.

Josephine Aigrette tiara

The Laurier collection celebrates this timeless beauty by weaving laurel into each piece.

The Josephine Aigrette tilar by Chaumet is a modern interpretation of the regal style of the Empress Josephine. The pearl-studded crown is accentuated by diamonds and white gold. This exquisite necklace is available at Chaumet boutiques.
