Chaumet Jeux De Liens Pendant 085105
Chaumet has been making fine jewelry for more than two centuries. Their latest creation is the Yuan Jeux de Liens Pendant, a Chinese name that means “Seven Stars”. The pendant features a single row of seven stars, each of which is engraved with a different Chinese character. It is the ideal gift for a loved one or yourself.
Chaumet
Chaumet has always been one of the top luxury jewelry houses in the world. Founded by Marie-Etienne Nitot, the Chaumet house produces classic and timeless jewelry. The company’s signature designs have a combination of bright and bold colours, lustrous gold and diamonds.
Marie-Etienne Nitot
Chaumet is a brand that has been around for over 240 years. The brand has evolved with the times and continues to reign supreme in the world of luxury jewelry. It is part of the LVMH Group since 1999 and is celebrating its 240th anniversary in 2020. Chaumet still operates its high jewelry workshop and salons in Paris, where jewelers continue to create their timeless jewelry and tiaras.
Nitot trained under Ange-Joseph Aubert, a legendary French jeweller. In 1780, he left his apprenticeship to set up his own maison. With the coming of Napoleon Bonaparte, Nitot was able to get more lavish commissions. Napoleon wanted to establish France as the epicenter of luxury, and Nitot was commissioned to create a papal tiara for Pope Pius VII. This piece features the renowned 140-carat Regent diamond.
This Chaumet timepiece comes in rose gold, white, and pave. It is also adjustable, with straps made of leather, satin, or even a combination of both. The watch has an ornate pear-shaped design, with a trompe-l’oeil design and 12 graphic facets on the dial. The timepiece is designed to celebrate the new Josephine and Napoleon exhibition, which opens on May 8 and runs through July 18.
This pendant features a brilliant-cut diamond and a jade gem set in rose gold. This collection is meant to celebrate the link between two people and celebrates this by giving a light and joyful palette to the piece. This piece would look stunning paired with any gemstone.
Place Vendome
The Chaumet Place Vendome, a protected and open square in Paris, was designed and built by Louis XIV between 1685 and 1699. Using simple yet elegant architecture, Jules Hardouin-Mansart created the elegant square and planned out 28 hotels particuliers. Today, the Chaumet Place Vendome is a popular destination for shopping and dining.
Maison Chaumet was established in 1780 and first erected on Place Vendome in 1812. The building’s location across from the Ritz was moved to the current location in 1907. The new location faces the Vendome Column, which was built by Napoleon to commemorate the Battle of Austerlitz. One of Chaumet’s first clients was the empress Josephine. The new boutique offers modern and elegant high jewellery and promises exceptional savoir-faire.
The Chaumet Jeux de Liens collection is meant to be playful, with curvaceous X-shaped links. The collection’s latest necklace incorporates two asymmetrical semi-circles that form a circular pendant. The X-shaped link can be seen throughout the piece, creating a unique look.
Tresors d’Ailleurs is inspired by the tradition of giving jewellery as a keepsake. These cocktail rings feature a striking combination of elegance and exceptional quality. They are inspired by silhouettes of buildings from different locations, and feature intricately lacquered figurines that echo intricate architecture.
